Email us!  Describe what you’re hoping to design, including details like the metals and stones you’d like to use, an approximate size,  and attach any images which may be helpful.

Pricing varies greatly depending on the specifics of the project.  Once you describe yours, we can send you a quote.  Please try to include sizing, metal choice, and any gems you’d like to include.

CAD software also allows us to generate images or “renders” of your jewelry for you to review.  We’ll message you renders and make changes based on your suggestions

We work with sterling silver, palladium, platinum, and a variety of golds.  Below is a list of the karats and colors of gold that we offer: Yellow, white, rose and green gold are available in 18k, 14, and 10k,  and we also offer 18k palladium white gold.

Unfortunately we can’t use client metal.  Each metal alloy is very specific.  For this reason, we can’t mix the metals we use with yours.

We can finish your piece in a variety of ways, whether high polished or with a matte sheen.  Our cast pieces can be plated or enameled as well!  Get in touch  to see if we can acommodate the special finish you’re looking for!

We offer just about any color and shape of stone in lab-grown and natural stones.  Our gemstone and diamond suppliers offer only responsibly sourced stones.  Please get in touch to see if we have your specific stone.

All of our pieces are made in the USA!  We utilize CAD/CAM and casting to produce our one of a kind pieces.

Yes!  We can laser engrave your design in a number of different fonts.

We can add quality stamps to your piece upon request.

We love collaborating on new designs especially when it involves a piece you love so much. While we cannot use your metal, we can certainly use your gemstones.  Please get in touch in order to determine how we can create a new design using your stones.

CAD stands for “computer aided design.”  We’ll draw your piece of jewelry in 3d using CAD software and create a 3d file. To learn more about CAD, visit our Process Page.

We utitilize CAD/CAM in our design production process. The jewelry we design in CAD is prototyped using a hi-resolution 3d printer which uses a castable material.  To learn more, visit our Process Page.

We use a rhino based, jewelry specific program called Matrix and a sculpting program call Zbrush.

We don’t not cut stones or offer custom lapidary work at this time.

Shipping

We now offer free 3-5 day USPS shipping for US domestic addresses only.

FREE!  We offer free USPS shipping in the US.  We also offer FedEx and UPS shipping methods for high value orders.

We recommend that customers anticipate a 2 month turn-around on all custom orders.

USPS Ground: (5-8 days) with up to $1000 insurance: Always free.

FedEx: Ground, 2nd or overnight. Pricing determined on package value.

UPS:  Ground, 2nd or overnight. Pricing determined on package value.

As soon as we receive your final payment we will ship your order in the shipping method you’ve requested. You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.

Don’t worry!  Email us at kitty@onhandcustomjewelry.com and we will let you know where your package is.

Hate when that happens. But no worries! We will correct it for you if your purchase hasn’t shipped yet. Please email us at kitty@onhandcustomjewelry.com.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each piece is 100% custom, we do not accept returns.  However, if you’re not satisfied with your jewelry, please contact us so that we can make it right!

We do not accept cancellations.  However, please get in touch if you have any issue with your order.

Billing

We accept all types of online payment including PayPal and Gpay!

We ask that clients pay half upfront as a deposit.  The remainder is due upon completion, prior to shipping.  We will send you a custom link for both your deposit and final payment.

Terms of Service

By submitting any order to On Hand Custom Jewelry you are acknowledging your acceptance of the following Terms of Service.

On Hand Custom Jewelry will take all reasonable measures to avoid disclosure or unauthorized use of your confidential information, including, at a minimum, those measures On Hand Custom Jewelry takes to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature. On Hand Custom Jewelry does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies except: 1) as may be required for services you’ve requested; 2) when we have your permission.

You understand and agree that verbal or electronic requests, specifications, approvals, cancellations, or any other directives or assurances related to this work from you to On Hand Custom Jewelry orders shall carry the same weight and enforceability as a written and signed document from you.

You understand and agree that orders are considered custom and are non-returnable.

You understand and agree that if you cancel an order you are responsible for, and will be billed for all work performed up to the time of cancellation and that you may be responsible for any special order stones or components already procured for you.

You understand and agree that price quotes are estimates and that actual pricing may vary and are subject to modification if additional needs are discovered. Final price will be determined based on the conditions of the item as manufactured and at the time of manufacturing. On Hand Custom Jewelry will contact you for approval of any additional requirements discovered that would result in a higher cost.

For any jewelry materials such as stones that you submit to On Hand Custom Jewelry we ask that you describe each item and declare you opinion of its value.

You understand and agree that On Hand Custom Jewelry’s receipt of your item description and declared value is not an acceptance by On Hand Custom Jewelry of, or necessary agreement with, your item description and declared value and that On Hand Custom Jewelry shall be under no obligation to notify you if our opinion of the item value differs from your declared value.

On Hand Custom Jewelry agrees to take all customary precautions and to exercise reasonable care in handing materials provided by you.

By submitting this order and materials to On Hand Custom Jewelry, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree that even with reasonable care, breakage or other damages may occur and you are releasing On Hand Custom Jewelry from any and all liability for any damages whatsoever to your materials. You further understand and agree that if, at its sole discretion, On Hand Custom Jewelry elects to replace or compensate you for any damaged or lost item, or if this provision is or is declared to be invalid or unenforceable, the maximum extent of On Hand Custom Jewelry’s liability shall be the lesser of: 1) your declared value; or 2) average wholesale value for said item with no regard for antiquity, provenance or sentiment.
